SHOGGOTH STATUE

This is an exact replica of the idol recently discovered in storage at Miskatonic University's Museum of History, believed to have been brought back by survivors of Miskatonic's ill-fated 1930 Antarctic expedition. The original is composed of two unidentifiable metals and is sometimes found to emit a faint radiation. It currently resides in the museum's Special Collection, where it can be viewed by appointment only.
